Hi Toby,
For those following this thread, I have emailed you with a workaround to fix the cables that show a problem when generating the cable schedule, and we are investigating the underlying cause of the issue that's affecting a few of the cable objects in your project.
More news as it happens...

Hi Toby,
We have looked into the problem which arises because the Cables in question have 3 connection points, as mentioned in the workaround/fix email.
This should not be possible - a Cable can be connected at one end, or both, but it should never have 3 connections. We have been unable to reproduce the creation of such Cables so cannot identify how they came into existence, nor how to prevent this in the future; as far as we know you are the only person to have experienced this effect!
Do you continue to see the problem in newly created Cable objects? If so, can you supply a detailed, step-by-step description of how to reliably reproduce the problem? If we can reproduce it, we can fix it (but if we can't, we can't). (Note: the problem description should identify how to create an aberrant Cable from scratch and not be along the lines of 'copy a bad Cable to create a new bad Cable' - we need to know how this extra connection point is initially created.).
Many thanks.
