This sounds like a Stardraw A/V, A/V Lite, Audio or Lighting 2D problem and not a Stardraw Control problem.
When you install any of these packages, it will install a bootstrap program (the updater) that will take you to our website and download the latest version of the software and install and update the updater so that it runs the full program the next time it runs.
It sounds as though you may not have internet access when you run the updater or perhaps you have a badly configured proxy server or possibly an over aggressive anti-virus software installed that prevents you from updating the software.
Can you try again with Internet Access and click ok on any dialogs or messages that you see that may be preventing you from updating Stardraw ?
