1. Adds the ability to force re-synchronization of local UDPs in the rare situation where network/internet failure might mean that particular UDP symbols do not appear in the Product Browser. To force re-synchronization of UDPs, close Stardraw Design 7.1 then restart it holding down the Shift key.
2. Fixes bug where files exported to DWG 2010 format might be flagged as 'invalid' when opened in Autodesk products.
