Ok,
I admit, even though I wrestled mightily with SD7 intially, I actually like it now.   
...but..... sometimes, if I am up early, pre-dawn, pre-caffiene, pre-fully conscious, (it usually means I am under the gun and a little anxious anyway).... so if I forget to use the dongle initially on my laptop, I wish I could just say "ooops", insert dongle, save.
I have found a work around: open another instance of SD7, cut and paste work into new instance of SD7, save that system drawing, then go back into original and cut and paste it back in.
Also I still want the intial start up format to start on the Work Layer not the Audio Layer.
.... and a cable tool that changes the color and lineweight also.

We are pleased to announce that the update published today adds dongle re-verification simply by choosing Help | About Stardraw. If you have started Stardraw Design 7 without your dongle plugged in choosing Help | About Stardraw will enable saving and printing, assuming a properly programmed dongle is found.
